Terms for listing & claiming

• By claiming a profile or submitting a listing, you confirm that you are the owner of the media or an authorized agent acting for the owner.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. MKDB may check submissions against public sources and edit for format and consistency.
• You grant MKDB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display the information, name and logo you provide, for as long as your listing is active. You may update or withdraw your listing at any time.
• The Verified Audience badge requires connecting the media's own platform account; it lapses automatically after 90 days without a new sync. Badge criteria are public on the Pricing page.
• MKDB may remove listings that violate these terms, impersonate another media, or publish false information. Paid features, when available, are described on the Pricing page and billed in USD.

These terms govern registrations from the public launch on November 3, 2026.
